Periodic Servicing

Due to the high safety standards of Elevated Work Platforms’ covered by AS2255.10, service intervals are at standard every 3 months. This means more peace of mind whilst working at heights.

Every service is followed up by a customer service representative to give you the opportunity to provide feedback on your experience. This feedback enables ASPAC Service to constantly improve our level of service to our customers.

Genuine Parts are only available at authorised ASPAC Service Centres. Always request Genuine Parts to ensure your equipment is maintained correctly.

In addition to ASPAC supplied products we service, repair and maintain all other brands of equipment.

Major Inspections

ASPAC’s qualified technicians can carry out 10-year Major Inspections on all makes and models of Elevated Work Platforms.

Due to the stringent requirements of AS2550.10 - after 10 years of operation an Elevated Work Platform must be stripped down to the point where critical components can be thoroughly inspected and crack tested.

Here at ASPAC service we have expanded our service capabilities to be able to offer 10-year Major Inspections in house.

Our Major Inspections range from a strip down, inspection and re-assembly right through to a major overhaul including sandblasting and repainting to look as good as new. We can tailor a Major Inspection that best suits you and your business.

Warranty

ASPAC Group warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a standard period of TWO YEARS for all from the date of delivery; (the "Warranty Period").
